Printing the Lecture Slides

I will furnish lecture slides in full-size format, one slide per page, landscape format PDF files. This format seems to work pretty well for people viewing the slides on both desktop computers and mobile devices. You can also use recent versions of Adobe Reader to print multiple slides per page in a custom configuration of your choosing.

I know that printing multiple slides per page works with Adobe Reader XI, and I know it does not work with Adobe Reader 9. I haven't tested Reader 10. If you need the most current version of Adobe Reader, it is available free for a number of platforms from this link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/ Caution: This page will "offer to install" McAfee Security Scan Plus or some other bloatware, and the opt-in is pre-checked for you. Be sure to un-check it if you do not want this software.

To print more than one slide per page, click the "Multiple" button in the print dialog box. Detailed instructions written by David Spencer (thanks!) are here.
